It came to us in terrible condition. We had to sandblast the rust off & chrome strip all the old chrome. You can see all the tiny pits & holes from the decades of environmental stress. Each pit and crack is individually filled & repaired with welding. The metal is then polished multiple times until the surface is smooth and free of any polish lines. The grill is copper plated and polished again.
